Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:Oversee daily production of all baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality. Create, test, and refine recipes for new products. Manage baking schedules to ensure timely and efficient production.
Team Leadership:Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and assistants. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the baking team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Quality Control:Ensure all products meet the bakery’s high standards of taste, texture, and appearance. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
Creative Development:Innovate new product offerings and seasonal items to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special events.
Operational Efficiency:Manage the bakery's budget, including labor and ingredient costs. Optimize workflows to minimize waste and improve productivity. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
